1. Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of a duly completed registration. Confirmation of registration will be sent to you within 3 working days.                                   Â
2. There is strictly no cancellations or refund of fees if the participant is not able to attend after confirmation of registration.
3. An equivalent substitute is welcome at no additional charge. This is subject to us being informed in writing at least 5 working days in advance of such substitution. For medical leave or an emergency situation, you may write in to inform of a substitute within the first day of the workshop. Please attach the medical certificate or other supporting documents to your write-up.                         Â

CCC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop, change its programme or venue or any of the other details published. In case of a cancellation by CCC, your fees will be fully refunded.                       Â
